Simply log in to your DLT Alert account, go to your policy, then click renew.

What is the process for filing a claim?

The beauty of DLT Alert is it computes and alerts you of potential claims. All you must do is review and accept the payout. You may also file a manual claim if you think we’ve missed something.

Will I actually get my payout within 24 hours?

Can my API key expire? What happens if it does?

Yes, API keys do expire, the frequency depends on your service provider, but most don’t. In the case that it does expire you will be notified by email. To reactivate your policy simply log into your DLT Alert account and enter your new API keys on your Services page.
